Questlight has a variety of services that range from bringing technology into the country to training specialists on how to use it. The company supplies tech for a lot of different medical files as well, from orthopedics, treatment for sexual dysfunction for both men and women, urology devices to esthetic rejuvenation.

A company that is a leader in their market and in need of the type of digital market solutions that match their high tech environment, that is also easy to implement and distribute.

Brief

Questlight t was looking for a digital product promotion tool that was simple to use and looked great, in short, they were looking for Linkcard.

Solutions provided

  1. Linkcard’s easy-to-use templates can help Questlight create websites, with no need for code, designers, or long waiting times. They can have a product marketing site up in just a few minutes and start promoting right away!
  2. Questlight wanted to provide their clients with personalized websites where they could also market their products. For example, a client that has purchased a tattoo removing machine can now have, included in his purchase, a Linkcard created mobile site, that can boost his leads, help him book customers, and make him more loyal to Questlight as an equipment provider.
  3. One of the solutions provided but not expedited from Questlight use of Linkcard, both for their own products and as an extra perk for client’s, is that they found the traffic data that the Linkcards sites provided to be more accurate than those of social media channels they were also promoting with. A great advantage for Questlight and a good motivation for us at Linkcard to keep expanding on our Analytical support.

A closer look

We appreciate each of our users, we like to hear from you and have your voice be our biggest supporter when approaching new customers. Here we sat down with Questlight’s Head of Marketing, Juliett Marroquin, for a quick chat about Linkcard’s role in their company’s new digital marketing strategy.

Are you good with technology? How was it to implement Linkcard?

Very easy, I was making my own sites and using the templates in minutes.

Why did you choose Linkcard?

We had heard great things from a friend of the company board, and then we got to go on the virtual platform tour with one of the founders. We found it a very interesting and straightforward tool to implement. So, I would say that experience was the deciding factor in choosing Linkcard.

What are you currently using Linkcard for? 

We are using it for the promotion of our own products, but we are also adding extra value to our barn by providing our clients with their own sites.

We basically create promotional Linkcards for them so they can reach their own target easily.

What other industries do you think would benefit from a tool like Linkcard?

In all honesty, I think it adapts and can work for any industry. It’s an easy way to get your product, service, or branding message out there.

Was there an unexpected benefit from using Linkcard?

We were able to finally gauge how many people were actually looking at us. We noticed after we started using that the metrics from social media are not as exact, because they count a lot of interactions that are not meaningful at the end. With Linkcard we realized we were getting more exact metrics and data. On how many people are opening our Linkcard and clicking on the links. Now we actually have more realistic data on our visitors.

What is your favorite way to use Linkcard?

The promotional aspect is the best for me,  I think it’s all useful and nicely made but I appreciate the most how easy it is to promote with it.

What are you looking forward to seeing on Linkcard?

More features on the mobile app. (We are working on this!)
